American Trash on the Upper East Side is Yankees & Mets Headquarters - since they want to be all politically correct, they don't choose a side. Better for us!
During Yankees and Mets games, they offer "The Double Play," a domestic draft and a burger for just 8 bucks. Also, if you bring in your Yankee or Mets ticket stub after the game, your first drink is half price! Finally, with "Pickoff Sundays", if you wear a baseball jersey to the bar, you'll get a free shot with your first drink.
The Happy Hour specials aren't half bad here either. For $2.50 Bud Lights, just make sure you're there between 5 and 8 p.m. M-F. They also offer all-day everyday specials on PBR ($3), and Coors and Bud ($4). On Sunday thru Thursday, from 9 to 11 p.m., you can get 4 shots for just 10 bucks!
